Fill the ice bay with ice, as the ice melts fills reservoir well below the bay, the chilled melted water is then pumped up through the flooded font to give a chilled concentrated look to the system. The beer runs through from the kegs through the stainless steel tubing around the ice bay up through the double flooded font chilling the beer before it is poured at the taps.
