The new Kayser GASTROnomie cream whipper: state-of-the-art technology, reliability and durability – the famous Kayser quality – for the best possible value for money. This cream whipper is an essential, flexible helping hand in your professional kitchen and guarantees fast, clean and simple preparation of natural, light and fluffy whipped cream.You also receive two different nozzle accessories, which will allow you to decorate with various designs. Whenever and wherever you want to indulge your guests! Whipped cream will stay fresh in the Kayser GASTROnomie cream whipper, when chilled in an airtight environment, for ten days. The head of the new Kayser GASTROnomie cream whipper is made from reinforced, cast aluminium alloy. The surface coating of the head is carried out using a brand new technology, specially designed to meet the highest demands of the professional kitchen. The handle is now firmly fixed to the head, which means that there is no need for disassembly prior to cleaning. The fine-dosing head valve is made from anodised aluminium and can be removed before cleaning. The bottle‘s body is made out of state-of-the art stainless steel, a material of utmoust quality which meets the highest requirements of modern professional kitchen appliances. The new Kayser GASTROnomie cream whipper can be delivered with a 0.5 litre or 1 litre capacity.

 

Operating instructions
Please read operating instructions carefully. Before first use, clean your cream whipper according to the instructions below. Picture 1 Insert gasket no. K750 into the Kayser whipper head. Picture 2 Fill Kayser bottle with chilled, fresh whipping cream. Maximum quantity is 0,25 litre (=half pint), 0,5litre (= 1 pint) or 1 litre (= 1 quart). Picture 3 Screw the Kayser head firmly on the Kayser bottle until you can not see the screw thread of the bottle any more. Do not cross-thread. Picture 4 Insert one silver coloured creamer charger containing Nitrous Oxide (N2O) into the charger holder. Picture 5 Using the charger holder only screw the charger holder containing the charger on the metal thread until you hear the sound of the gas escaping into the bottle. For 0,25 litre respectively for 0,5 litre use one charger. For 1 litre GASTROnomie cream whipper use two chargers. Picture 6 Shake the cream whipper three times vigorously. Picture 7 To release the whipped cream, turn the cream whipper upside down as shown in the drawing and press the lever gently. If the whipped cream is still liquid shake the cream whipper again shortly. Don't shake again before every usage because this leads to too stiff cream. When using UHT-cream or lightcream chill it very well and shake about ten times. Always release the whipped cream with the cream whipper upside down. This way no gas can escape and the cream whipper can be discharged completely. Before attempting to remove the head of the cream whipper, always operate the lever until all the whipped cream and gas in the cream whipper have been discharged. Each Kayser cream whipper is carefully checked at our factory before shipment. The Kayser cream whippers are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase, provided the cream whipper is used and operated as determined.
