The lemon is primarily famous for its refreshing smell and tart flavor similar to limes. Its true origin is unknown, though some have linked it to India.

Unlike most other citrus fruits, lemons are not consumed “as is” due to their tartness. Conversely, lemon juice has many culinary and beverage uses when combined with salty or sweet ingredients. The lemon zest is also a favorite ingredient and beverage garnish.

Monin Lemon makes a premium, quick lemonade – just add water and ice. May be combined with any Monin fruit flavor for a sweet and tart, fruity sensation.
