Raven Spirit Dispenser 30ml, Wall Mounted, Black
The Raven Spirit Dispenser is a very simple spirit dispenser design, only requiring a small mounting bracket, the raven spirit dispenser unit supports the weight of the bottle, requiring no further bottle support like other spirit dispenser models. We see the Raven Spirit Dispenser as of commerical grade, although is not certified from weights and measures for trade use. This unit will take bottles up to 1.125L in size, with the ability to take thick liqueurs and thin spirits unlike other spirit dispensers on the market. This unit was originally designed to cater for the Monin Syrup Range we have imported from France, with its ability to dispense syrup with its large opening whilst being very accurate and reliable. We have been selling these units for over 10 years, with very high quality parts. With cheaper chinese models entering the market with quality control issues, the ravens are becoming increasingly attractive as they rarely require servicing, but if required as simply swap and go bowl units.
If you are going to put a $40+ of spirit in a dispenser, you want it not to leak, avoid the cheaper chinese dispenser models

Instructions
Mounting
Screw mounting plate to bracket or wall
Align dispenser with mounting bracket and pull down till latched together
To remove housing from back plate, insert swizzle stick or similar in between backplate and housing at the top of the unit, this will unlatch unit.
Loading bottle
Remove bowl by pressing the silver button and rinse bowl in warm water
Depress silver button on the front of dispenser until distinct "click" is heard
Lift bowl from dispenser body and fit to upright bottle
Release pressurized air by moving valve lug downward (Important)
Invert bottle and bowl and place into dispenser body
Title bottle lightly forward until distick "click" is heard
Dispensing
Hold glass under dispenser outlet
With free hand lift finger lever to upper most point
Hold till bowl is emptied and drips have ceased
Release finger lever
Bottle Removal / Replacement
Hold bottle firm with one hand
Depress Silver button on front until distinct "click" is heard
Place free hand on bowl and lift bowl and bottle together
Remove bowl from empty bottle and rinse or clean as required
Fit bowl to new bottle and release air pressure (Important)
Return to dispenser body as per bottle loading instructions
Cleaning
Remove bowl as per bottle removal instructions
Run bowl under warm water and wipe down
Open the valves by lifting valve lugs and run warm water through the unit
Shake to help remove any built up sugars and repeat as necessary
Wipe down and drain
At the end of trade, wipe down spout with a warm cloth for better hygiene
