Free Regular Delivery to Australian capital cities for orders over $300
Delivery rates are based on a API connection to our freight calculator, delivery options used are depending on the most suitable courier for package (larger weight or greater $ value purchases may use couriers).
Free Express Delivery is not available, all purchases over $300 will be downgraded to regular delivery unless explicitly requested by email or phone and paid for.
Free delivery is only available on online purchases,
(the likes of big beer systems and glassware are listed online but not available for purchase and do not have free delivery)

Internet orders placed before 10am usually can be dispatched the same day provided the goods are in stock and payment has been cleared. Orders placed after 10am usually will be processed and dispatched to customers the next working day (in most major cities). However, as our couriers do not do deliveries on Saturdays, all orders dispatched on Friday may not get delivered until Monday or Tuesday.
We can not guarantee the exact courier delivery time or arrange time of delivery for you because all couriers have different delivery routes which changes daily. We aim to deliver within 7 days if your item is in stock. All back orders will be delivered within 21 days unless personally notified, usually this is not the case and delivery will made within a few working days. If your order is urgent, please notify us and we'll endeavour to get it out as soon as possible, there will be extra charges required for same day or overnight delivery. When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email to notify you. You must ensure that the address you use for delivery has someone to receive your order. You should also contact us if you want to redirect your delivery as courier will not do this for you. Extra cost will apply if redirection is required.
Most couriers also do not ship to PO BOX delivery address, so for large items or goods sent via couriers we do not recommend customers to use PO BOX as delivery address, it must be a physical address. If you're sending it to a non residential address, please make sure you let us know the name of the company or the buildings. When goods are delivered to a reception area and not signed personally by the purchaser, we can not guarantee the security of your goods, its customers responsibility to ensure that delivery address is secure.
Unfortunately we do not currently freight internationally
Must contact us within 5 business days of goods recieved to organise goods return, we will generally cover half the cost of return cartage, judgement on conditions will be made by One Stop Bar Shop management, credit note will be supplied.
We do not cover goods for customer change of mind.
