All over the world flavor of anise is enjoyed in food and candies. Anise is a fragrant component of the French anisette liqueur but it is also delicious in coffees and teas.

European Soda: Try Kiwi/Passionfruit topped with soda.

Iced Teas: Peach, Mango, Raspberry, Lemon. Add water.

Granita: Up market ice slush drink. Blend with ice.

Monin Syrup Anise Cocktail & Mocktail Recipes

 

French Muddle
• 5 ml MONIN Anise syrup
• 20 ml MONIN Vanilla syrup
• 40 ml gin
• 2 pieces of lemon
• soda water
Muddle lemon with syrups in a tumbler glass.
Fill with ice cubes. Pour gin over and top with
soda water. Stir.

 

French Guava
• 5 ml MONIN Anise syrup
• 15 ml MONIN Guava syrup
• lemonade
Build in a tumbler glass filled with ice
cubes. Top with lemonade.

 

Anise Delight
• 10 ml MONIN Anise syrup
• 15 ml MONIN Peach liqueur
• 5 ml gin
• cranberry juice
• 1/2 lime cut into quarters
Muddle lime with MONIN syrup and liqueur.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the gin,
stir well. Top with cranberry juice. Garnish with
cranberries and an anise star.

 

Anise Gum
• 10 ml MONIN Anise syrup
• 20 ml MONIN Gum syrup
• 40 ml apricot juice
• 40 ml orange juice
Pour all ingredients into a blender cup.
Fill with ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a cocktail glass.

 

Anise Anise Loving It
• 20 ml MONIN Anise syrup
• 40 ml vodka
• soda water
• 1/4 piece of lime
Pour all MONIN syrup and vodka in a high
ball glass filled with ice cubes. Top with soda
water. Squeeze lime on top.

 

Anais
• 5 ml MONIN Anise syrup
• 60 ml cranberry juice
• 40 ml grapefruit juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled
with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour
into a cocktail glass.

 

Anise Coconut Colada
• 15 ml MONIN Anise syrup
• 30 ml rum
• 20 ml coconut liqueur
• 90 ml pineapple juice
• 60 ml milk
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice
cubes. Shake vigorously. Serve in a martini
glass.

 

Anise Anise
• 20 ml MONIN Anise syrup
• 10ml MONIN Lime syrup
• 30 ml cranberry juice
Pour all ingredients in a tumbler glass
filled with ice cubes. Top with soda water.

 

Anise Koola Coola
• 15 ml MONIN Anise syrup
• 25 ml MONIN Triple Sec Curaçao syrup
• 40 ml vodka
• 1/2 piece of lime
Pour all ingredients in a rock glass. Squeeze
lime. Stir well.

 

Southern Cocoa
• 5 ml MONIN Anise syrup
• 15 ml MONIN Dark Chocolate sauce
• 150 ml milk
Pour MONIN sauce and syrup in a tumbler
glass. Steam milk. Pour foamed milk over
mix to create nice layers.


 

ANAIS

Ingredients

40 ml grapefruit juice

60 ml apricot juice

20 ml GUAVA Syrup

5 ml ANISE Syrup

Method

Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.

Shake vigorously.

Pour into a glass.

Serve.

Ingredients

20 ml ANISE Syrup

30 ml cranberry juice

10 ml LIME Syrup
