This flavour allows you to enhance the flavours of your coffees, cappuccinos, tea, granitas, to create cocktails and mocktails.

Many resturants also use the monin syrup range as a final touch for desserts to help flavours of out of season or low quailty fruits.

These syrups are produced by the reknown French brand Monin, with the highest quality of the industry, Using natural fruit and white beet sugar.

 

Monin syrups are made exclusively with pure cane sugar also known as white beet sugar.

As an aroma enhancer, pure cane sugar optimises the restitution of flavour and respect for all other ingredients, it also increases the stability of the product and shelf life expectancy.

MONIN Apricot Margarita
• 40 ml MONIN Apricot syrup
• 40 ml MONIN Lime Juice cordial
• 10 ml MONIN Triple Sec Curaçao syrup
• liqueur
• 40 ml tequila
Pour all ingredients in a blender cup.
Fill with ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into
a margarita glass.

 

Apricot Iced Tea
• 30 ml MONIN Apricot syrup
• 180 ml iced Darjeeling tea
Build in a tumbler glass filled with ice
cubes. Stir.

 

Fever
• 10 ml MONIN Apricot syrup
• 15 ml MONIN Peach syrup
• 15 ml MONIN Almond syrup
• 35 ml gin
• 120 ml soda water
Build in a tumbler glass filled with ice cubes.
Add a dash of MONIN Almond syrup. Stir.

 

Spring Field
• 15 ml MONIN Apricot syrup
• 15 ml MONIN Peach syrup
• 120 ml soda water
• 40 ml lemonade
Straight in a glass filled with ice cubes.
Add soda water and lemonade.

 

Chilliana
• 20 ml MONIN Apricot syrup
• 20 ml MONIN Mango syrup
• 40 ml vodka
• 40 ml cranberry juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with
ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into
a cocktail glass.

 

Frozen Peach Tea
• 10 ml MONIN Apricot syrup
• 30 ml MONIN Peach Tea
• 80 ml apple juice
Pour all ingredients into a blender cup.
Fill with ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a cocktail glass.

 

Apricot Martini
• 25 ml MONIN Apricot syrup
• 5 ml MONIN Orange Curaçao liqueur
• 35 ml vodka
• 5 ml lemon juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice
cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into a cocktail
glass.

 

White Peach Colada
• 20 ml MONIN Apricot syrup
• 10 ml MONIN Peach syrup
• 90 ml pineapple juice
• milk
Pour all ingredients in a tall glass filled with
ice cubes. Stir. Top with milk.

 

Apri Vodka
• 35 ml MONIN Apricot syrup
• 250 ml ale beer
Build in a beer glass. Stir.

Apricot Field
• 20 ml MONIN Apricot syrup
• 10 ml MONIN Peach syrup
• 80 ml mango juice
• cranberry juice
Pour ingredients except cranberry juice
in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake
vigorously. Pour into a tumbler glass filled
