Ingredients

10 ml ROSE Syrup

15 ml Coconut - Fruit Puree Mix

100 ml black tea

80 ml milk

Method

Pour MONIN flavouring(s) in a glass / cup, reserve.

Steam milk until frothy and pour over MONIN flavouring(s).

Pour tea over mix.

Serve.

Glass type : Mazagran / Lattglass / Toddy glass

 

VIRGIN ROSE GRAPE

Ingredients

150 ml grapefruit juice

20 ml ROSE Syrup

Method

Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.

Shake vigorously.

Pour into a glass.

Serve.
